  • The most important commercial crop used for its versatile application is Ginger. The dehydrated ginger flakes and powder is use domestically as well as in worldwide in food industry and pharmaceutical industry. The health benefits which are provided by the consumption of processed ginger by dehydrating it is that it aids in digestion and food absorption, and it retains antiseptic properties.
  • Since ancient times, Ginger has been used for its anti-inflammatory, carminative, anti-flatulent and anti-microbial properties.
  • The process which includes in processing of ginger to dehydrated ginger flakes is performed by selection and purchasing of supreme grade quality of ginger from our trusted vendor and then the goods is passed through quality check, and it is followed by sorting, washing, and peeling and then passed through the dicing process where the flakes are sliced into standard measurement and sent into dehydrator where multistage air-drying process is performed by use of continuous belt dryer and bin dryers and followed through quality check again for ensuring the final product has unform flavour and taste and texture. The final product is then packed and stored in cold storage.  For transformation of flakes to powder, the process used is grinding before packaging.
