PROCESS
- The grade used in manufacturing the dehydrated onion is A grade with no preservative used and selection of the raw onion are based on the quality with no spoiled onion being used. The dicing of onion are standards. The dehydration process takes 4 hours to dry 1 Metric ton of onions where the moisture contained gets minimal followed with packaging and storage in cold storage room.
